  • Audio and video use encrypted WebRTC transport. Call Pet prefers a direct device path; restricted networks may use TURN to relay encrypted media packets.
  • TURN relays do not hold media decryption keys; X25519 and AES-256-GCM protect signaling and control messages.
  • There is no cloud video recording or storage. Pro users may record manually, with files saved locally on the Controller.
  • The Monitor displays the pairing QR code and the Controller scans it. iPhone/iPad support both roles; Android is Monitor-only.
  • Version 1.6.3 supports two-way video, pet interaction, multi-viewer, and ultra-wide camera on compatible devices; some features require Pro or device support.

Does Call Pet store my video in the cloud?

No. Call Pet does not provide cloud video recording or storage. Live media uses encrypted WebRTC transport and may use TURN relay only for encrypted packets when direct connectivity is blocked.

What phones can I use?

iPhone and iPad can be the Controller or Monitor. Android currently supports the Monitor role only.

Is setup complicated?

Not at all. Scan a QR code to pair devices—no account or password required.
